We aim to deliver your order within the timeframe detailed in the following paragraph for your country. However, sometimes during periods of high demand, deliveries may take longer.

Standard Delivery to Spain and the Balearic Islands, 7 days maximum.

For the Canary Islands and the rest of Europe, see special conditions.
Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered working days.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

To track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number ready. This can be found in your shipping confirmation email.

Most parcels will reach their destination within 2 weeks; however, some destinations may require additional time for parcels to arrive.
